A simple British show you may ask? Not a chance. This amazing show has literally changed my life. It is by far my favorite car. I find such joy in the crazy challenges, such as making stretched limos, a convertible mini van, or amphibious cars (a van, pickup truck, and small car). In summary, the show is about cars, but it is entertaining. Personally, I don't care about cars all that much, but the crazy challenges, subtle tongue-in-check humor, and something I can't describe, something special. It makes me smile, laugh, and transported to a different world. I can only imagine it's because I get a small glimpse of a different culture. I get to be my avid anglophile self.
I ask that if whoever is reading this simple blog post to watch an episode of Top Gear. Please….Please….Please…. make sure it's the U.K. version. The American version has done everything in its power to destroy the most perfect show in the world. It is quite simply the greatest show I have ever seen.

First Blog
I am now a presence on the World Wide Web. Even though this blog is for my CS 115 class, I hope I find a new love of writing. A way to express myself through new web pages, which the help of this class, and which blogger.com. Web pages are so simple, yet so complex. I don't mean to be so philosophical, but isn't it like life. We tend to over complicate simple topics, such as love, school, and so many more. We need to slow down every once around and enjoy simple things. Subtle things are what I tend to miss the most, since I've been away from home. Remember as I was told by my football coach, "take care of the little things, and the big things will take care of themselves.
